Bridge Solutions is the ideal solution for individuals who want to maintain their independence and dignity while living in the comfort of their own home environment. We have Skilled Home Health (RNs, LVNs, Social Workers, PT, OT, ST). For skilled services, we accept Medicare and Mollina.

Our In-Home Care sector specializes in retaining the most compassionate,  and tenured Personal Care Attendants to provide personal and custodial care for our Elderly, Disabled, and/or injured clients. We work closely with long-term care insurance companies, Veteran’s financial services,  and worker’s compensation companies to provide supplemental funds to compliment private-pay options.
